Trump throws speech in the air: ‘You know, this was going to be my remarks. They would have taken about two minutes, but to hell with it’

President Trump tossed his prepared speech in the air at a tax reform roundtable in West Virginia on Thursday, he said the comments were boring.. “You know, this was going to be my remarks. They would have taken about two minutes, but to hell with it,” he said while throwing his paper into the air.
President added “That would have been a little boring, “Little boring. Right?”
President addressed a myriad of topics at the event, including immigration, voter fraud and tax reform.
Trump claimed that there is widespread voter fraud in the United States at the meeting, he also told the participants that the voters in california cast ballots “many times”
Trump claimed “In many places, like California, the same person votes many times. You probably heard about that. They always like to say ‘oh that’s a conspiracy theory,’ ” .
“Not a conspiracy theory, folks. Millions and millions of people. And it’s very hard because the state guards their records. They don’t want to see it.”
